Anonymous asked: You look a lot like Victoria puppy ;)

Urmm…really? I looked her up and can’t see any similarity whatsoever but thanks?

It’s that time of year again when getting out of your warm bed is the biggest struggle

Having my own place means I can finally channel Monica Geller and host my own parties (:

Last night I had a few close friends round to celebrate Halloween (early I know but work commitments get in the way), complete with scary movies, a halloween punch, fajitas and homemade popcorn.

Halloween - SUCCESS!

Next mission: Christmas Dinner

(The striped plates are from IKEA, they cost £5 each and you can find them on the website under the name Tickar)

Simpsons Night at Mothers’ Ruin!!!

The Flaming Moe consisted of Sloe Gin, Fireball, Tobasco and Vimto. Imagine Patty and Selma’s iCloud got hacked - it tasted as vile as that image in your head.

A good night nonetheless, the projector wasn’t working so now screenings of classic episodes but the music was spot on - playing songs by artists who had appeared on the show aswell as character songs such as Mr Plow!

According to the facebook page the next night is Waynes World themed!!!

Outfit of the Day

On account of previously having shrunk a large majority of my dresses, it was about time for a new one and spotted this little number in the Divided Red section of H&M.

As i’m currently working for H&M, some of my outfits will include pieces from there and the posts will include the names of different sections which can be identified purely by the labels. If you’re phoning up a store or visiting trying to find something you’ve seen, identifying the label and section makes it 100x easier for the member of staff to find it for you. If you zoom in on the product online, you can see what the label is too.

Here’s a quick rundown

Ladies Everyday - a black horizontal label

Ladies Basics - a black horizontal label that says “basics”

Ladies Modern Classic - a silver horizontal label

Ladies - Divided

Divided Black - a black vertical label saying “divided” on reverse

Divided Grey - a silvery/grey vertical label saying “divided” on reverse

Divided Basics - a white vertical label saying “divided” on reverse

Divided Red - a red vertical label saying “divided” on reverse

LOGG - a cream vertical label saying “Logg”

Mama (maternity wear) - a horizontal label saying “mama”

*Hopefully that info will help someone at some point*

This dress isn’t online just yet but it should be making it’s way into your local store soon. I would post up the code but at the moment it’s outside on the line, it’s too dark and the spider I had an incident with a few weeks back now has now realised he didn’t scare me out of my flat, so has taken up to sitting outside on the step. At first I thought it was a one off but he’s kept returning for the last week…so i’m not even attempting that. I’ll post the code up tomorrow.

Went out for Sunday lunch again with Shane (@sbarnier) - this is becoming a regular thing now. Although our plan was to find a new place to eat/drink each time, we keep going back to the same place - The Shakespeare Tavern, Bristol - we’ll move on at some point.

If you live in, or are visiting Bristol, go visit for a nice pub lunch and a pint. Its next to the harbourside so once you’ve finished you can go for a stroll or visit the Sunday market close by. It’s nicely priced and excellent quality - just look at the fancy way my fish and chips are laid out on newspaper.

Fish and Chips and a cider- and orange juice (i’m an indecisive drinker)

Popped to Guildford on Saturday to surprise this one on his birthday. Haven’t seen him since November time and he had absolutely no idea I was even back in Surrey. His face was priceless (: so much love for my Pat

The North Star, Ealing Broadway, London

One of the best pubs in London i’ve been to and definitely serving the best food from their menu - Ruby Jean’s Diner. May seem a little pricey but visit any other pub/restaurant in London and it’s pretty much what to expect.

Recommend trying the nachos (if you’re obsessed with them as much as me) and if you get a chance - which I didn’t - someone try the Pickled Onion Monster Munch, Melted Emmental and Thousand Island dressing burger and report back ASAP!!

They also have 2-4-1 on Burgers every Tuesday and serve "Roasts to shame your Mother Sundays" from noon till 10pm.

Would be the perfect place to enjoy after work drinks, Sunday lunch or even a Tinder date - if the date sucks at least you can make a quick getaway to the station up the road.

Fingers crossed and thoughts are with The Boileroom today. The venues license is being discussed by the council and it would be a devastating shame if this place was to go.

Spent a lot of my teenage years seeing local and more well known bands play here, and in turn met so many great people through it.

If you’ve had the opportunity to visit The Boileroom you’d know how much of a fantastic venue it is. Ed Sheeran and Paul Weller, amongst many others, have backed their support to keep it going.
